We do not use your data for decision-making processes based solely on automated processing.

How long do we store your personal data?

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
For example, your email address used for the newsletter is stored only while you are subscribed.

Where is my data processed?

Your data is primarily processed in the Republic of Croatia and other EU/EEA countries.

Only in exceptional cases do we transfer your data to so-called third countries, and in such cases, we ensure adequate data protection measures (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses or countries deemed to have adequate protection by the European Commission).
